The payment is taken at the same time that the order is created. After that, it will be processed and shipped from our warehouse. The general delivery times are different for each market but vary between 4-9 business days*. To see the estimated delivery time for your order, you can check your order history in your account, or your order confirmation.

Sometimes it can take a bit longer, but please contact us with your order number (ES...) if you have waited more than 3 extra business days after your latest estimated date of delivery.
If you cannot find your order number, please send us your full name, email address, delivery address, phone number, and the colour of your starter kit.

*Processing time may be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases, and promotions.
