How do I change my address?

To update your delivery address, log in to your account and go to Subscriptions. Click the subscription that you would like to change the address for and you can change it there. Please make sure to update the billing address as well in your settings.

If your order has been dispatched to the wrong address, please update your address first and then contact us with your order number (ES...) so we can help you out. 


If you cannot find an order number, please send us your full name, email address, delivery address, phone number, and the colour of your starter kit.
