To pause or cancel your subscription, please log in and go to Settings -> Manage Subscriptions. Choose the subscription you want to cancel and scroll to the bottom of the page to see the option to pause or cancel.

You can also skip upcoming deliveries or change the frequency of your subscription.

Please contact us with your order number (ES…) if you’re having trouble logging into your account* or are experiencing any issues using the links. If you cannot find your order number, please send us your full name, email address, delivery address, phone number, and the colour of your starter kit.

*An account is automatically created when ordering so that you can manage your subscription and/or account. An email was sent shortly after your first order so that you could create a password. If you did not receive that email, it could be that your email address was misspelled.
