My delivery is missing/late

Your estimated delivery time can be found in your order confirmation or under order history in your account. Sometimes it can take a bit longer, but please contact us with your order number (ES...) if you have waited more than 3 extra business days after your latest estimated date of delivery. 💜

 

If you cannot find your order number, please send us your full name, email address, delivery address, phone number, and the colour of your starter kit.
