Please make sure the blade isn't upside down and try again. The blue rubber strip should be facing downwards! Contact us with your order number (ES...) if it's still not working properly and we will help you out.

If you cannot find your order number, please send us your full name, email address, delivery address, phone number, and the colour of your starter kit.
