I can't find the answer to my question. What information should I include when reaching out to the customer service team?

When reaching out to us, this is what we will need to help you as quickly as possible:
1. A short description of your problem or question
2. Your order number (can be found in Order History and starts with ES, followed by numbers)

If you can't find an order number, please include your address, email and phone number.
