I've just been charged for my next subscription order, but I haven't updated the delivery address in time. Can I still change the delivery address?

Please update your shipping address and billing address, and contact us with your order number (ES...) after it's been updated so that we can help you quickly.

To update your delivery address, log in to your account and go to Subscriptions. Click the subscription that you would like to change the address for and you can change it there.

To update your billing address, go to Settings - Billing address.

If you cannot find your order number, please send us your full name, email address, delivery address, phone number, and the colour of your starter kit.
