If you have tried attaching several razor blades and they keep falling off, it could be that the handle is broken. Please contact us with your order number (ES...) and razor colour so we can help you out. 

If you can not find an order number, please send us your full name, email address, delivery address, phone number, and the colour of your starter kit.
