How do I redeem my credits?

When you’ve shared your referral link with friends and received credits, you can redeem them on your next subscription order. Follow these steps to learn how:

  1. Go to your Estrid account and go to Invite Friends.
  2. Scroll down a bit to redeem credits on your next subscription order.

If everything is correct and you aren't receiving the correct amount to be deducted from your next subscription order, please do the following:

  1. Drag the text that says "Will be redeemed on next subscription order" to the left. An icon of a paper bin in red will appear.
  2. Click on the paper bin to remove the applied credits from the order. The credits will immediately be reinstated to your credit total.
  3. Go back to my subscription, delete all the items, and re-add all the items you would like to have shipped as part of your next subscription shipment.
  4. Go to the invite friends tab and re-apply the credits. Make sure these are the exact amount of your next subscription order.

If this still hasn't applied the correct amount of credits, please contact us with your order number (ES...) and we will help you out!

If you cannot find an order number, please send us your full name, email address, delivery address, phone number, and the colour of your starter kit.
