When you’ve shared your referral link with friends and received credits, you can redeem them on your next subscription order. Follow these steps to learn how:
- Log in to your Estrid account and go to Subscriptions.
- Choose the subscription you want to redeem your credits on and choose Edit.
- Scroll down a bit to redeem credits on your next subscription order.
If this hasn't applied the correct amount of credits, please contact us with your order number (ES...) and we will help you out.
If you cannot find an order number, please send us your full name, email address, delivery address, phone number, and the colour of your starter kit.
